Meet the family!
Chardonnay
Chardonnay is our CKC registered Maltipoo mama. She is a pretty creamy white and tan parti F1 maltipoo. Her mama was a maltese and her daddy a parti toy poodle. Chardonnay took on more of her mama's maltese traits as she is short and has a wavy coat. "Char" has a bubbly personality, loves treats and is friends with everyone! Her nickname when she was a young pup was "Happy!" Char's ideal weight is about 12# but......she loves to clean up any bowl of food and is quick to grab a stray treat! LOL
"
Rose'
Affectionately called "ball face" because she seems to ALWAYS have a ball in her mouth! Rose' is our Shihpoo mix mama. Bred from an AKC registered merle mini poodle father and a shihpoo mix tri-colored mama dog, she has a similar temperament as Chardonnay. The two are close pals and claimed by our daughter as "her dogs." Rose' is very athletic, well-behaved, and fun loving. She is a beautiful parti color of blue merle and phantom coloring. Her pups are the most colorful ones that we breed! Rose' weighs about 15#.
"Magnolia"
My Southern Magnolia, the deep, dark red colored poodle that I always dreamed of having. (This pic shows her thick dark curls!) I named her after the brownish red color behind the big southern magnolia leaves in our yard. Magnolia is super smart, intuitive, and has a very keen sense. She can smell smoke from far away, pick out a plane in the sky, and can even alert us to a different make of car in our driveway! She is the first to hear a delivery footstep and is a very polite dog. She is an amazing mother and produces gorgeous pups. Magnolia is an AKC registered colorbred red poodle 9 intensity. She weighs 10-11# and is about 10" at the shoulders which classifies her as a larger "toy" poodle.
Our Main Man "Oliver!"
Oliver is our studmuffin! He is a gorgeous double registered -AKC and CKC-colorbred red poodle. He weighs 11-12# and is about 12" at the shoulders which classifies him as a smaller "miniature" poodle. He is our greeter and makes friends with everyone who comes to look at the pups he has sired. He is loyal, doting, very possessive of my lap and just an overall good dog. His color is a 9-loci intense red. Oliver carries the phantom gene, his DNA color: ee atat KB ky DD NN BB NI SS mm rr hh
He is available for stud and side by side AI to approved bitches.
"Penelope"
Penelope is our goofy, sweet F1 Cavapoo. She loves to flop on your lap and lay her head across your chest and just stare at you with her big round eyes. We often call her "Auntie Penny" as she loves to mother all the new pups that are born. She has a sweet and loyal personality and loves all people. Penelope became a first time mama July, 2022. She is a "natural" and has become somewhat of a TikTok star with a few videos. She is sweet and docile to everyone who comes to see her pups as she is so proud of them. Penelope is a pretty parti tri-colored cavapoo. Her mother was a Blenheim colored King Charles Cavalier and her father a black and white parti miniature poodle. Penelope is the tallest of our small dogs but only weighs 18-19#.
"Azalea"
Azalea is our very own pup that we kept from Rose' and Oliver! If you look close you can see both of them in her eyes and face. Azalea is a laid back, quiet, sweet dog who has known nothing but our family since day one. It's neat to raise your own from birth! She is happy to meet new people and is often a favorite to have on a lap. She's very easy going, smart, gentle and quiet. She is a short, muscular, and agile little lady, with a gorgeous blue merle color. She was an awesome first time mama Spring of 2022 when we bred her with the rare breed Biewer Terrier. She weighs 16#.
"Marigold"
Marigold is the baby of the bunch. Even though she is 2.5 years old, she will always be our "baby." Marigold is an F2 maltipoo with a very rare color pattern. She is everyone's favorite to have on their lap and loves to give kisses. We often call her the "cat" as her favorite place is to hang over the top of the sofa or lay across it. She has a happy-go-lucky personality and is a playful but quiet dog. Marigold is a parti color roan with merle masking. She hopes to become a mama in the near future. Marigold weighs 11-12#.
